CPABC Vancouver Chapter organized a community engagement event on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the Easter Seals House.  Twenty volunteers (members, candidates/students) braved the cold rainy weather to spend their Saturday morning doing a spring clean up which included gardening, weeding, parkade clean up and more.

Since 1955, families from all over BC and Yukon have stayed at Easter Seals House while their child or loved one receives care and treatment at nearby medical facilities. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, Easter Seals House is located just blocks away from Vancouver’s major hospitals and treatment centres.

The event was organized by the Chapter’s community outreach team.   Watch your chapter emails for future opportunities to engage in the community and also upcoming social networking, chapter PD and student night events.  And, if you want to volunteer with the chapter, please contact the chapter chair to express your interest.
