Don’t Let This Be You #3 – Starting Over…Again…and Again

A company decided to start over and implement a brand new software. This required mapping and uploading years of data and testing results again and again. Something that should have taken a year was done in about three months. The tight deadline put a strain on staff as they had to battle through reporting deadlines and other responsibilities. Some reports did not tie and nobody knew why. Testing reports took up a lot of time and manpower. It was also discovered that the new software did not have reports that would suit the needs of the organization, therefore, custom reports had to be designed.
