CPABC Tri-Cities Ridge/Meadows Chapter is excited to host our first Crunch event this Fall.
Join us for a short but moderately challenging hike at the Coquitlam Crunch, then reward yourself with a refreshing beverage (including non-alcoholic) and appetizers at Mariner Brewing Company while networking with fellow CPA members, candidates and students.
For those not familiar with “The Crunch”, the well-known local trail has undergone multi-million upgrades in the last year and now includes wider paths and a second set of stairs.
The trail is classified as “intermediate” level, but don’t let that discourage you. The hike takes about 1.5 hours round trip. We will have plenty of spots to rest and take in the beautiful views of the Tri-Cities.
As the event takes place in the Fall, please dress appropriately for the weather at the time. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended on a clear day, and in the event of rain or cold, warm breathable clothing is recommended. Regardless of the weather, appropriate footwear should be worn (comfortable runners or hiking shoes). Don’t forget your water bottles!!
After the hike, we will meet at Mariner Brewing, Coquitlam’s one and only craft brewery to relax and talk about how we conquered the crunch!
