Angus Reid was a 13-year center for the BC Lions. He was a three-time all-star, eight-time team captain, and two-time Grey Cup Champion. Today Angus has become a true fixture in his community. He has written a weekly newspaper column for the Vancouver Province, hosted a radio show and is currently the host of Global TV’s “CrimeStoppers” and “The Monday Morning Blitz”. He speaks non-stop across Canada and the U.S to businesses, schools and sports teams on what it really takes to make your dreams a reality. He has spoken to over 100 business teams on success, teamwork, communication, trust, and beating the odds. His first book ” Thank You Coach” will be released this coming fall. He lives with his wife and son in metro Vancouver.
Nico Human is a retired CEO, results-driven facilitator, advisor, coach and speaker with a passion for team-building. He works with business leaders to improve leadership, maximize teamwork and achieve outstanding results, whilst finding meaning in what they do. In his 30+ – year business career, he has won several awards on two continents; receiving the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee medal in 2013. Nico lives with his wife in New Westminster and loves visiting with their two grown and married kids and two obviously gifted grandkids. He enjoys triathlons, long distance cycling and singing in his church’s mass choir. He loves a varied life and enriching the lives of those he gets to work with!
Toiletries collection for Night Shift Ministry
CPABC SLND Chapter is collecting travel size toiletries to be donated to the Night Shift Ministry for distribution during the holidays. If you travel and don’t use the hotel provided toiletries, we encourage you to collect them and bring them to our next event.
Here are some examples of items that can be donated: toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, travel size tissues, gloves, socks, toques, etc..
These toiletries will be collected from now until December and will be donated to Night Shift Ministry in January. Please bring them along to your next chapter event and put them in the box at the registration table. If you have any question, please feel free to email the chapter.
