The CPA Education Foundation (CPAEF) has continued its long standing support for Okanagan College accounting students with its $2,500 annual matching of the CPAEF / Crowe MacKay LLP awards.  These awards are intended for students demonstrating academic excellence who have an interest in pursuing the CPA program.

In addition to these awards, the CPABC Okanagan Chapter has also funded an award for $1,500.  And a legacy endowment created by local professional accountants also funds four $1,000 awards.

CPABC is proud to support local students.  David Chiang, CPA CA, CPABC’s vice-president of member advice and programs said, “its wonderful to see local CPAs provide generous supports for accounting students aspiring to become CPAs.  They are the #newfaceofCPA and we are #CPAproud.”
