Event Recap: SPCA Paws for a Cause Walk

On September 10, 2017, eight members from the CPABC Okanagan Chapter joined thousands of others across the province in the Scotiabank & SPCA Paws for a Cause Walk.  Animal lovers from 30 different communities participated in this walk which is the largest single event to help fight animal cruelty in BC.

The walk took place at the Kelowna City Park and included entertainment and activities, a barbeque and community vendor booths.  Funds raised will be directed to the SPCA branch in Kelowna.

Thank you to those who participated and to chapter volunteers who helped organize the CPABC Okanangan Chapter team (pictured above).
