January 14, 2017
You are invited to join your fellow CPA Chapter members for a scrumptious German dinner to celebrate the New Year!
It is a German Tradition that eating a pork and sauerkraut meal on New Year’s Day will bring good luck and good health during the upcoming months. So let’s start the year off right with a German feast and ensure good luck and our well-being during 2017!
Starting from 1982 a group of youths in the Munich region started a new tradition: “Brot statt Böller”, which translates as “Bread, not Fireworks”. In keeping with this new tradition, we ask you to bring a few non-perishable items to be donated to our local food bank.
“Frohes Neues Jahr“.
